Our Customer Service Team will arrange for a smooth return/exchange process for you.
Return Policy:
1) The return request must be made within 10 days of receiving the order.
2) Customers need to have their Order ID or Invoice to get exchange/refund.
3) The cost and responsibility of returning our product to the facility will be borne by the customer. Dispatch your returned items via any courier company and share the tracking details on WhatsApp.
4) The items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article which hasn't been communicated before by the customer, the exchange/refund will be REJECTED.
5) Return and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the return item. Returns cannot be paid in cash or via bank transfer. They can only be issued in the form of a coupon, which must be used within 12 months.
6) Our Return and Exchange policy is not applicable to custom orders, unless, there is an issue from our end (such as manufacturing fault).
9) International Orders cannot be returned/exchanged.
